Scheduling, intake forms, and payments are handled through SimplePractice, a separate practice-management platform that operates under its own privacy policy and security standards for health information. Information you enter there is not stored on this website.

If you call, email, or fax the practice, the information you share is used only to respond to you and to provide services you request. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
